A family business with roots in the Midwest, JRE has become a national presence in electrical and communications contracting. JRE specializes in transportation, heavy industrial, power, water, oil, gas, and renewable energy infrastructure. Construction Services
From concept to completion, we deliver full-service electrical and communications construction with design-build engineering for industrial, commercial, institutional, and utility projects. By self-performing most work, we ensure quality, efficiency, and value on every project.
Power
We handle underground and overhead power distribution for utility, commercial, and industrial projects, including energized and de-energized aerial and underground systems. Our turnkey substation services cover supervision, material management, and more.
Solar
JRE's Renewable Energy Division delivers high-performance solar solutions, from small off-grid systems to utility-scale projects, with more than 480 MW installed nationwide. As Michigan's top solar installer and EPC, JRE designs and builds cost-effective systems that maximize performance, meet deadlines, and provide long-term value for our customers.
Communication
From wireless networks to fiber optics and backhaul systems, we provide end-to-end communications solutions. Self-performing crews manage civil, electrical, and fiber work efficiently to keep networks scalable and reliable.
Transportation
Our team delivers safer, more reliable infrastructure for roadways, airports, marine, and rail projects. We install and maintain traffic signals, ITS, lighting, and navigation systems while coordinating with authorities for smooth execution.
