Setting Your Solar Site Up for Success

J. Ranck Electric’s renewable energy division has almost 400 MW of solar installation experience across the United States. For many projects, pull testing can be a critical early step to help a ground-mount array be successful. This test works in conjunction with a geotechnical report for your site and takes place throughout your proposed solar field. The JRE crews will conduct the pull tests to verify what kinds of loads a solar array could support on your site. This test measures the solar post performance both vertically and horizontally. Some on our pull testing crews have been on our renewable energy team for many years and are experts to have on the prep team for any project. Our crews do pull testing both for arrays that JRE builds, and as a standalone service for anyone needing to begin their project with all the site information necessary for success.
