In 2015, J. Ranck Electric partnered with Inovateus Solar to construct three identical solar arrays for Hoosier Energy. The projects are part of an effort by the utility to construct 10 approximately one-megawatt arrays to benefit its 18-member cooperatives with service territories across southern and central Indiana and southeastern Illinois.

The systems consisted of 4,320 solar panels on ATI tracker arrays, which adjust the panels with the sunlight throughout the day. JRE installed all electrical components including wiring of the AC and DC applications, two Schneider SC 540 Inverters, medium voltage interconnection, DC combiner boxes, and module interconnect wiring.
