Volunteers and local businesses help HopeWell Ranch construct indoor arena

HopeWell Ranch, JRE’s FORE THE KIDS 2015 charity selection, serves children with equine therapy during the warmer months, but when the temperatures drop, they are forced to suspend their services. Founder Jodi Stuber has dreamed of having an indoor arena that will allow the ranch to serve children on a year-round basis. Now community members and local businesses are working together to help make the dream of an indoor arena at HopeWell a reality.

Bird’s-eye View of Recent JRE Solar Projects

JRE has become a major player in the solar installation game. In addition to a combined total of over 200 kW installed at the company’s own locations, JRE has installed 7 of the 10 largest arrays in the state of Michigan. Please have a look at our Gover Parkway in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan Gallery. It is home to two new solar arrays, one at the J. Ranck Electric headquarters and one at Standard Electric Company.

JRE celebrates energy at CMU football game

Central Michigan University’s Celebrate Energy Weekend was designed to bring awareness to the energy industry in Michigan by partnering with sponsor businesses such as J. Ranck Electric within the energy industry. JRE employees and their families came out to cheer on the Central Michigan University Chippewas and celebrate energy at the CMU vs. Syracuse game in Mt. Pleasant on Saturday.

Second annual FORE THE KIDS golf outing

The weather may have been chilly and wet, but that didn’t stop J. Ranck Electric employees, customers, vendors, and friends from coming together at JRE’s second annual FORE THE KIDS charity golf outing to warm the hearts of families in need. This year, JRE partnered with the Jayden Lamb Memorial Foundation, a charity that exists to help families heal after the loss of a child to cancer.

2014 Michigan Energy Fair

The J. Ranck Electric booth was set up at the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association 2014 Michigan Energy Fair, held at the Ingham County Fairgrounds on June 27th and 28th. The JRE booth was a hit with adults and kids alike, as guests could “sink the sunshine” to win a JRE Renewable Energy Division t-shirt, check out the Chevy Volt, and learn about JRE’s energy solutions.

JRE hosts Central Michigan Manufacturers Association

The Central Michigan Manufacturers Association meeting was held at the Mt. Pleasant office on June 26, 2014. About 50 business folks from an assortment of area manufacturing businesses came for the meeting, and also got a solar array tour from our Renewable Energy Team. Attendees learned about JRE’s energy saving efforts.
