Help Desk Analyst
We are seeking a full-time help desk professional to work in our Mt. Pleasant, Michigan office. Are you that key person who can provide great customer service to a broad audience and work with someone to discern their technology problem, and help find a solution?
As a help desk employee, you will work with others to help solve company technology issues. Responsibilities include problem solving, working with other agencies to find technology solutions, providing customer service, training others on how to use technology, and other organizational tasks necessary. Customer service, an understanding of mobile devices, Microsoft Office 365 in an enterprise environment, and problem-solving experience required. This might be the perfect position for you if: you like helping others, have a drive to find solutions, like to learn, understand technology fundamentals and can manage your time effectively. Sharepoint experience, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN experience preferred.

Underground Utility Directional Bore Operator
We are looking for experienced directional bore operators for work primarily in Michigan for an electrical construction company. Must have experience operating horizontal directional drills and be familiar with locating equipment. Prior experience in underground fiber/coax, gas/electrical utility construction is a plus. Must have safe equipment operation record and valid driver’s license. Class A CDL is a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Project Manager, Department of Transportation Projects - Flint, MI Office
We are seeking a full-time project manager ideally to work out of our Flint, Michigan office on Department of Transportation (DOT) projects. As a DOT project manager your responsibilities will include providing overall management of DOT construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, assuming responsibility for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Project management and DOT experience required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving and leadership skills. Your experience should include knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, job costs, and manpower, while possessing innovative and proactive strategies for performance of job duties. Electrical installation experience a plus.
