Part-Time Estimating Assistant Intern
We are seeking a part-time estimating assistant intern to work in our Mt. Pleasant, Michigan office. Are you someone who is very organized, can work quickly with accuracy, has strong computer skills and handle multiple projects at once? As an estimating assistant you will support the estimating team with various kinds of electrical construction project bidding. Responsibilities include paperwork processing, research/evaluate subcontractors, assist in estimating jobs, be able to work accurately with numbers and many other aspects of preparing an estimate to bid on a job. Computer skills and customer service experience required. This might be the perfect position for you if you have: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving, ability to learn new tasks (especially related to construction), excellent interpersonal and written skills, an ability to work on many different projects at once and can manage your time effectively.

Project Manager, Department of Transportation Projects  – Flint, MI Office
We are seeking a full-time project manager ideally to work out of our Flint, Michigan office on Department of Transportation (DOT) projects. As a DOT project manager your responsibilities will include providing overall management of DOT construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, assuming responsibility for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Project management and DOT experience required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving and leadership skills. Your experience should include knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, job costs, and manpower, while possessing innovative and proactive strategies for performance of job duties. Electrical installation experience a plus.
