Safety Director Award 2004
< Back
The 2004 Safety Director Recognition Award is presented to the J. Ranck Electric employee who is most deserving for his outstanding commitment to safety along with an emphasis on his notable accomplishments throughout the year.
This year, the distinguished recognition and award is presented to Mr. Mike Klele, Project Manager.
Mike Klele makes me a better Safety Director. He routinely considers safety issues throughout the course of a day and often brings issues to my concern for thinking about, talking about, and resolving. He is ever-mindful of safety issues on the jobsite and throughout his projects, and is directly responsible for the safe return home of many electricians each night.
Mike spent many years participating as a member of the company safety committee, working hard to maintain high standards of jobsite safety and lending a field technical approach to safety issues. Now, after the evolution of the JRE safety department, and under the direction of myself, he continues to give his input on safety as a great technical resource to the department and myself.
Of particular notable achievement, Mike has been directly involved with:
-
Enbridge (NCCER Certification)
-
Linden Schools High Voltage Transfers
-
High Voltage Disconnects/Connects
Additionally, Mike has worked accident and injury-free for the entire year of 2004 and demonstrates by example a sincere commitment to the J. Ranck Electric Safety Program.
We speak highly of Mike Klele's leadership, commitment, and excellence, and proudly acknowledge him as the recipient of the Safety Director Recognition Award for 2004.
