Above & Beyond - Office Recipient

The 2005 recipient of the Above and Beyond Award is a person who is characterized by 100% total commitment to the company and an unending drive to succeed.  In 2005, she carried a workload that would make most people crumble beneath the weight.  She makes it happen on a daily basis and in 2005, JRE looked to her in a time of uncertainty and need and she took the reins and made it happen.

In 2005, after the departure of an MDOT PMA during peak MDOT season, Stacie Geiger took on the challenge of learning the MDOT PMA process.  Stacie found herself in the middle of one of the busiest MDOT seasons, unprepared and unskilled in this type of project management assistance.  However, she proactively sought direction and learned the process without missing a beat.

Also, in 2005, among handling billings, collection calls, and MDOT support, Stacie was given responsibility for the 27-store Old Navy/GAP contract.  Stacie went above and beyond her typical responsibilities when she handled everything from coordinating and scheduling to arranging manpower.

Stacie is fearless, no task is too big, no challenge unreachable.  Always with a smile, she does everything, even if initially she doesn't know how to do it.  She will never say no, because she has an intense desire to learn and help.  According to one of her PMs, "...if you have ever been on the other end of the line of one of her collection calls, you will get a glimpse of why Stacie is so good at what she does."  She possesses initiative, self-direction, and a fiery confidence that makes her one of the best PMAs JRE has every employed.

Because she passionately yet professionally executes her job responsibilities above and beyond, we acknowledge Stacie Geiger as the recipient of the Above and Beyond Award for 2005.
