In a gentleman's way, calmly and steadfastly, Shane Brawt has demonstrated that he possesses the exemplary qualities and abilities to perform his job above and beyond the standard.  In no more than twenty months of employment with JRE, Shane's commitment to his job has resulted in great achievement and extraordinary service to the company bestowing him the identity of a leader in his industry.

Shane's impressive abilities have earned him great respect among owners, architects, and engineers.  Daily Shane works a well-planned schedule of tasks and strategies, while constantly demonstrating the keen ability and flexibility to think on his feet.  Numerous times he has identified strategies that have increased productivity and efficiency and turned an otherwise average project into a great success.  Beating project costs and schedules has become the norm on Shane Brawt projects.

Notable Shane Brawt projects include Parr Correctional Facility in Adrian, MI, South Lyon High School Site Lighting, Home Depot projects in Indiana and Michigan, and numerous streetscape projects.  His assignments have routinely taken him to sites as far as 150 miles from home and further yet, requiring overnight stays 50% of the time.

We acknowledge great appreciation for Shane, not only for his leadership, abilities, and skills, but also for the many months of travel that have taken him away from his wife, children, and home to serve this company above and beyond.
