There are people you know who can get the job done...but people you know who will get the job done right.  Bill Diment is one of those people.  Outstanding project revenues and significant customer relations distinguish the contributions made by Bill Diment to J. Ranck Electric.

Since Bill's first day of work, his contributions to the project management team have gone above and beyond.  He is a boss's dream; the employee who will and can assume any work assigned to him.  He possesses the ability to perform all project management duties in an exceptional manner, while exceeding the norm for quality, quantity, and success.

In 2003, Bill arduously kept pace with many of the years' most challenging and substantial projects.  The list includes Mt. Pleasant Wastewater, Bay City Wastewater, Saginaw County Event Center, Flint Journal, Delta Colege, and Home Depot, to name a few.  His greatest challenges among the projects noted included the expected, such as schedule, design, and budget and the unexpected, such as drug and alcohol issues and erratic attendance.

Although Bill's leadership, knowledge, and perservance was the impetus for the achievement of many successful outcomes this year, he remains the kind of leader who never neglects to acknowledge the outstanding project contributions of some of the best foremen and electricians working for this company.  We speak highly of Bill Diment's leadership, commitment, service, and excellence, and proudly acknowledge him as the recipient of the Above and Beyond Award for 2003.
