There are people you know who will get the job done...and get the job done right.  Bob Tonkavich is one such guy.  The contributions from Bob to J. Ranck Electric have been numerous and noteworthy.

Since joining the JRE Project Management team 1 1/2 years ago, Bob has evolved into a team player who contributes diversified knowledge of the industry, leads and motivates the field staff, develops and supports customer relations, and performs with a commitment above and beyond; all qualities necessary for achieving uncommon results.

Bob's notable successes include the undertaking of such challenging projects as:

• Seaborg Center of Northern Michigan University
• St. Louis Correctional Facility
• Enbridge Pumping Stations
• Saginaw Valley State University Projects

Bob goes above and beyond by doing whatever it takes to get the job done.  He sees an opportunity and utilizes it, he keeps costs down and promotes revenues, he envisions the project schedule from onset and into the future, he is quick to respond to problems and skillfully executes strategies, he communicates judiciously and timely, and because he does all of this and more, we acknowledge Bob Tonkavich as the recipient of the Above and Beyond Recognition Award for 2002.
