Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.  Mark Menapace is one such guy with the right kind of attitude.  In performing for J. Ranck Electric, he demonstrates the traits needed for success on the job, such as an exemplary work ethic, strong sense of honesty, conscientious approach, and the ability t o work well with whomever he is placed.

As a foreman for JRE, Mark has been instrumental in developing superior relationships with such affiliates as the State of Michigan Correctional Department and Dominion Wireless.  He has evolved into a team player who contributes by knowing his job well, planning ahead, and preparing for each particular task, while doing whatever needs to be done.

Mark is a motivator who displays patience and quality people skills, and who always performs 110% with abilities and attitude.  Therefore, Mark has been invaluable in his varied servitude to J. Ranck Electric within multiple capacities, multiple locations, and with multiple customers.

Because he does all of this and more, we acknowledge Mark Menapace as the recipient of the Above and Beyond Recognition Award for 2002.
